We ship from our strategically located warehouses on the East and West Coasts to deliver your products to you quickly and safely. Note: We currently only ship within the U.S. We're sorry, but no local pickups are available.


Our smaller items are shipped via USPS First Class, and we estimate delivery of 2-5 days. Our larger, heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground, and we estimate delivery in 3-7 days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other non-continental U.S. territories may take longer. We apologize, but at this time we do not offer any expedited shipping options.

When you place an order, you’ll get an order confirmation email. You’ll then receive a separate second email with tracking information when your order ships. Visit our Order Status Page to track your order. Please note it may take USPS and FedEx 24-48 hours to update tracking information after shipment.


Returns

If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit. Please note, if a product is returned to us from the postal carrier due to an undeliverable address, wrong address, etc, we will refund the full amount of your purchase less our shipping costs.
