SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship all products for free to the lower 48 states with no minimum purchase required. Alaska and Hawaii will incur a delivery fee for orders $50 or over. See the table below for more information.

Over 99% of all items ordered will ship within one business day.

We ship from our strategically located warehouses on the East and West Coasts to deliver your products to you quickly and safely. Note: We currently only ship within the U.S. We're sorry, but no local pickups are available.

Our smaller items are shipped via USPS First Class or DHL, while larger, heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS. We estimate delivery of 2-5 days for most items. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. We apologize, but at this time we do not offer any expedited shipping options.

When you place an order, you’ll get an order confirmation email. You’ll then receive a separate second email with tracking information when your order ships. Visit our Order Status Page to track your order. Please note it may take USPS and FedEx 24-48 hours to update tracking information after shipment.

If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit. Please note, if a product is returned to us from the postal carrier due to an undeliverable address, wrong address, etc, we will refund the full amount of your purchase less our shipping costs.
