How We Ship

We ship from our strategically located warehouses on the East and West Coasts to deliver your products to you quickly and safely. Note: We currently only ship within the U.S. We're sorry, but no local pickups are available.


Our smaller items are shipped via USPS First Class, and we estimate delivery of 2-5 days. Our larger, heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground, and we estimate delivery in 3-7 days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other non-continental U.S. territories may take longer. We apologize, but at this time we do not offer any expedited shipping options.


Accepted Payment Methods

Sixity accepts payments via PayPal, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards issued by major U.S. banks. We never store credit card numbers.


We also integrate with Amazon Payments which enables you to login to Sixity.com via your Amazon.com account and pay with any saved credit cards on your Amazon account. If you do this none of your financial information is shared outside of Amazon. You can read more details on Amazon Payments by clicking here, including logging into your Amazon Payments account.


We do not accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, or cash.


Please note: all orders delivered to California (CA) and Indiana (IN) residents are charged the applicable sales tax.


Returns & Exchanges

Many of the parts we sell at Sixity only work with specific vehicles. We include fitment details whenever possible to help you choose the right product for your vehicle. Please feel free to contact us with any product or fitment questions. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for all the details on our Return Policy and to initiate a return or exchange.


If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit. Please note, if a product is returned to us from the postal carrier due to an undeliverable address, wrong address, etc, we will refund the full amount of your purchase less our shipping costs.


View Your Orders & Update Account Information

When you place an order, you’ll get an order confirmation email. You’ll then receive a separate second email with tracking information when your order ships. Visit our Order Status Page to track your order. Please note it may take USPS and FedEx 24-48 hours to update tracking information after shipment.


If you have an account on our website, you may also login to track your order. Once you are logged in, select "View Order" and then "Track Your Order." By logging in to your Sixity.com account you will be able to view current and past orders details, as well as update your account details, such as saved shipping addresses, your email address, and your product wish list.
